864 Households Applied For HDB Loan Deferments From April To August 2020: MND
The Housing and Development Board has assisted around 2,500 houses with their Housing and Development Board mortgage loan payments from Apr to August 2020, revealed the Ministry of National Development in Parliament on 14 Oct 20.
Among the 2.5K, 864 homes came to a decision to delay their loan monthly payments, the other 277 scaled down their funding premiums.
Ministry of National Development made the report in respond to MP Ng Ling Ling, that inquired on the number of demand for deferments of HDB financial loan monthly payment were obtained by HDB from the start of the CB term and also the percentage of the accepted appeals.
“Housing and Development Board renders personal financing guidance to individuals searching for support with their HDB home loan pay outs to get the idea of their commitments, and establish ideal means to help them,” conveyed MND.
